Im moving what should i do about tank water?

i have one betta one ghost shrimp and one mystery snail. The water chemistry is perfect! there is allot of poop inside the ornaments and algae on the ornaments. I ha vent changed the filter yet or did a 25% water change yet and as you can tell i havent did a spring cleaning for about two months. i just tested the water. This is my first tank eco system and i want to keep the water just the way it is but the thing is i will be moving from my town to another soon. How can i keep the water condition this way and when i move should i just dump the tank water in a container and dump it back in the tank once the tank is moved to my new home so that way i wont have to do a whole new cycle and put them into shock. I use betta bottled water jugs to treat my tap water so instead of treating water for that move week just stick it in the jug and move it along. What do you think?
